Per Project:The hourly rate is $35 with 15 minutes increments, one hour minimum. There is a 50% deposit required before any project can begin. The balance will become due upon delivery of project.
Retainer packagesThis option is billed on the 1st of every month. There is a 2 months commitment required when signing up for this service. First month fee is due before starting a project and billed at the beginning of each month thereafter.

20 hours 10% off
30 hours 15% off
40 hours 20% off
Every invoice is due upon receipt.
If an invoice is late there will be a $10 charge.
Every additional hour will be priced at a regular rate.
For every check returned, there will be a $30 fee charged.
No hours are to be rolled over from retainer packages, unused hours are not refundable.
After receiving an estimate/quote the client must accept it within 30 days of proposal other wise it will be void. A new estimate will be given to the client for services after the 30 days.
A contract must be signed by the client and provided before beginning any project.
Any project requested 48 hours or less before due date will incur an additional fee.
